Disappointed as this is the second time we have brought

Disappointed as this is the second time we have brought in the new 2023 Kia for a rattle in the door and told they could not find the problem. Even provided a video. I left message but as of today no return call. If not corrected then we will likely trade.

Kia dealer replaced the whole automatic transmission

Kia dealer replaced the whole automatic transmission assembly without any charge because it is under 100,000 miles power terrain warranty. I thank Kia for the replacement.

I dropped my vehicle off for a service appt and it was ready in a matter of hours. I picked my vehicle up and it was already pulled out awaiting me. The service Dept team are very kind and courteous. I appreciate all that they have done for me.

I brought my car in on For a routine oil change and tire

I brought my car in on For a routine oil change and tire rotation and later on the same night my car smelled of burnt oil . The following day there was a puddle of oil in my driveway and as I proceeded to drive down my street the car began to jerk and tug so I turned around with a trail of oil following me . Called Brewbaker where the service advisor Sabrina informed me that it really much she could do because no member of management was in until Monday. Well she later called and said a tow truck would come get my car after telling me to drive it or pay for towing which I declined cause I’m not responsible! Anyway I have pictures and video footage! And I demand that my car comes back to me just like it was in perfect condition like it was when I brought it in to Brewbaker !!!! Very disappointed customer 🤬
