epitome of the term "used car salesmen"

Brian and his "new" salesmen played into my wife and I emotions and beliefs to sell us a new truck. They fast talked us into the purchase, but when we got home our friend pointed out the Champion website advertised price for our vehicle was actually $5000 less. The website showed the exact VIN# and Champions price lower than what Brian stated "Today and today only I can offer you", "I went to bat for you", "Every rebate you could get from us is in this deal", "if you sign tonight." When I spoke with the salesman he why the difference in advertised price over what I was sold, he stated that is just a price if you qualify and all rebates, my price came out more. He started fast talking how this was the "best deal ever" and I should be thankful. Brian and he wanted to make things right, but then days later never followed up. I was told my truck would be detailed due to during the test drive it was dirty, but all they did was place all weather mats over the dirt and sent me on my way. To boot promised a tank of gas and the truck was delivered to me on 1/8th of tank. False promises and fast talk is Brian's game. This is probably my 20th vehicle purchase and I feel so stupid for being manipulated. I went from loving the Truck to feeling like I had buyers remorse and a huge idiot for not paying attention. Mr. Allen was a pleasure to work with, but I feel he is part of the scam since my best interest wasn't at hand.

Went in for a recall repair. Easy to schedule service and friendly staff. They called me during the service to try to up sell me various overpriced maintenance. I could go anywhere and get it for half the price. Call was super annoying and used car salesmen like.
