The staff are great and very respectful. However I had contacted this dealership to get my car serviced for water damage. They had my car for over 2 months. Part of the prolonged time did have to do with my insurance. However when my insurance finalized everything, things still seemed prolonged. Fast forward January 10th the day I get my car back! I’m excited because as a full time student and caregiver a vehicle is absolutely needed. Unfortunately a day after having my car I hear a weird noise that doesn’t sound right, so I take it to auto zone just to get their opinion. They assumed it was my ac compressor or alternator. I contacted the service department immediately, because for having my car for over 2 months and paying them 2000$ you would think it would be in tip top shape. They then told me to bring my car in so they can take a look at it. I bring it in and mike (not entirely sure if this is his name because I spoke to a thousand people) tells me they think it is my alternator and it was in the notes that it was noisy (while they were fixing my car) but they must’ve overlooked it. As anyone would be I am beyond pissed. He then tells me this can be Pretty expensive and they are on ab a 12 week wait. I called and called no one answered. So I got it fixed else where and it was my ac compressor not my alternator. Then on February 13th I go to leave work and my engine light comes on saying “service transmission”. Which they told me I have a 2 year warranty on my engine because they replaced my whole engine but my point is this shouldn’t be happening. I feel like my time and money was wasted and I could’ve really went else where in all. And again the staff were awesome and very respectful but things just don’t seem to be adding up.

I contacted so many dealers trying to find the vehicle I wanted. I was apprehensive to use another dealer as I have only bought from one other dealer in the last 20 years. I reached out to Champion and was contacted back by Lance Easley. I’m not kidding when I say this; if it wasn’t the personal, outstanding service from Lance, I would have waited to buy till my usual dealer had inventory. Lance handled all my questions and was always pleasant and helpful. After getting to the dealership, everyone was friendly and engaging. I would 100% buy from them again.
