This was the worst and most expensive experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I will not be coming back and I will make sure others know about this experience as well. The first time I brought my car in, I was charged $250 for a diagnosis. Instead of identifying a specific issue, they listed several possible problems without giving a clear answer. Anyone could guess possibilities, but that’s not what I paid for. I expected a proper diagnosis from a dealership-level service department. Unfortunately, the issue later got worse, so I returned hoping they could properly identify the problem. This time they told me the transmission was failing. I strongly believe this could have been caught earlier if the vehicle had been properly diagnosed during my first visit. From what I heard, the technician simply put the car on a lift, listened to the noise, and concluded it was the transmission. There was no detailed inspection of the transmission fluid or a deeper check to determine whether the noise was coming from the transmission itself or the differential. Charging $250 for such a basic inspection is unacceptable, especially from a major brand like Audi. If I only wanted a quick guess, I could have gone to a small local shop for a fraction of the cost. Because the issue was not properly diagnosed the first time, the problem worsened and I am now facing the cost of replacing the transmission. Overall, this experience has been extremely disappointing and costly.

Difficult to schedule loaner car.
Difficult to schedule loaner car. Car was not washed after service. Sales person told me we’d have loaners for all service and car would be detailed to make service comparable to Mercedes and Lexus.

To update my car was going to take longer than
To update my car was going to take longer than anticipated. No loner cars on the lot. They went out of their way to take me home and pick me up to go back to the dealership. Hats off to Bill- he went out of his way to get me back to my car.
