JD Cohen was a fantastic sales professional…

JD Cohen was a fantastic sales professional… unfortunately, his support staff - manager and the service department - fell short. When finding a noticeable ‘tick’ from the back of the engine, the manager didn’t come out and verify (like he knew about it and was hoping the possible customer wouldn’t ‘notice’ and the LACK of service doing a complete inspection of the truck (2018 F150 Lariat) before placing it out for sale. JD (and me the potential customer - Larry Eby) was left out to hang on our own. I would work with JD again, but unfortunately his support staff is sub-par and I would ALWAYS second guess their commitment to excellence. The 3 stars is for JD ONLY!!!

We were so very fortunate to happen along to Alan King...and he was great to work with. Would recommend him to anyone we know (or don't know!) to help with finding the car or truck of your dreams!

I would highly recommend Capital City Ford and had an Excellent experience with my salesman Dan Pribble! I was over two hours away and he was very accommodating as far as getting me all the pictures I asked for and was extremely helpful with everything and made the experience very easy and not your typical buying car experience where they are pushy, very laid-back and no pressure would highly recommend this Ford dealership and asking for Dan!

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS from Capitol City Ford

I purchased a 2017 Cadillac ATS from Capitol City Ford Greenfield on 10/9/24. My salesman JD was excellent. We messaged on line about the vehicle and had settled on a price before I came in for a test drive. I made the purchase and completed the paperwork just before they closed for the day. I drove the car about 3 miles from the dealership and it started vibrating in the rear right wheel area. I was able to reach JD on his personal phone and he had me bring the car back and leave it for investigation the next morning. I was informed by the service manager the next day that it was a rear caliper that had locked up causing the vibration. They had to order the parts to repair it. I was notified early the next afternoon that the repair was complete and I could pick up the car. It was great to experience the quick response and professional help from all involved at Capitol City Ford. They were all great people to do business with. Thanks JD and coworkers for your help in getting me into my new (to me) Cadillac ATS.

Had got this 2013 ford flex feb 22 2024 as soon as I left

Had got this 2013 ford flex feb 22 2024 as soon as I left the dealership the check engine light comes on I call I text I email and got nothing about it. I had the issue fixed out of my own pocket. Then in may 2024 the car shuts down completely paid to have it towed to in network repair shop that the warranty told me to take it to the warranty denied fixing because there’s water damage under the hood that has been there for some time according to the repair shop and it needs over $20000 worth of repairs done to it under the hood. Repair shop said it looks like it was in a flood and it never was reported. It is now June 2024 and capitol ford is not trying to do anything. They want me to pay to have it towed back to them 2 1/2 hours away and have their repair shop look at it and they had me fill out another credit application for a new loan for a different car when my loan company told me all they have to do is switch the loan out to a different car. As of right now they still not trying to help me. Or even let me speak to someone that is in corporate! To me this is very bad service! Don’t buy a car from them please don’t you will be making a big mistake.
