My husband and I had an outstanding experience purchasing

My husband and I had an outstanding experience purchasing a car from Patrick at LaFontaine Lincoln. Patrick was highly attentive and responsive to our needs and he was a joy to with throughout the purchasing and delivery process. Our satisfaction was of utmost importance to Patrick and he worked hard on our behalf. The finance and service staff we encountered were very friendly and impressive, as well. The service was ok, a lot of the employees acted awfully

The service was ok, a lot of the employees acted awfully snooty as if they were better than everyone else. I'm the silly one for going through with purchasing the truck I bought. LaFontaine did not have a title on hand for a vehicle they were selling. I found multiple issues their service department looked right over. Within a month of owning the truck I had to take it in for warranty work (Thanks to FOX FORD for helping me sort this trucks issues out!). LaFontaine was trying to make a quick sale with a whole lot of issues hidden "under the rug" that I did not find out about until after the fact. I highly recommend you go to FOX Ford if you want honestly, loyalty, and a good vehicle.

very pleasant atmosphere, and welcoming sales staff. I purchased my leased 2022 Nautilus as I am very happy with it and the new ones are too teched out and you cannot get a V-6 engine any longer, sad.....

Worked with Patrick for many years and bought quite a few cars from him. All used. Honest, easy to work with and will keep going until he gets us the right car that we are looking for in our price range.. we highly recommend Patrick.

We had Gio as our salesperson.

We had Gio as our salesperson. He was GREAT! The particular car that I preferred was not available on their lot. Gio was able to locate one in Pennsylvania. He quickly expedited the transfer of that vehicle to their dealership in Grand Rapids, MI. I appreciated the professionalism that Gio possessed. He made my whole experience a good one. Thank you

I was surprised to be charged $2,800.

I was surprised to be charged $2,800.00 extra over MSRP that was mandatory and that not being explained in more detail The salesman just said it was for extra coverage But maybe I didn’t want that type of coverage The closing person stated that the windshield had treated with some product and the paint had been clay bared and waxed. I don’t believe that was done to this vehicle as it was dirty on delivery and I removed some sticky from the shipping paper that was removed and waxed it when I got home.
