Payton Seay is so easy to work with and I have had excellent service on all my Kia automobiles over the years. This is my 7th Kia and I have never experienced pressure...only a desire to get my family into the right car, with the right features. I can't say enough good things about Crown Kia of Dublin. Thomas Dick has always been great in the service are...bends over backwards to make everything easy. Again, can't say enough good things! Dominick (the sales manager) makes himself available and transparent. He showed recently how he values loyalty. I will buy from Crown Kia as long as I am in Columbus OH.

I purchased a new Mercedes at their Germain dealership several years ago from Eddie and I was devastated to learn he had left the company but I was able to track his down and I'm currently in the market for an upgrade. When my Soul came down with a broken catalytic converter I was at a loss. When I spoke to Alex Greenland he let me know what he could do for a price. Even though it was still a shock it was at least more manageable, he told me to give him a couple days to see what he could do. I in the mean time spoke with Kia customer service and expressed my concerns with my situation, they gave me a case number and thats all I heard. To make a long story short Alex gave me a call to let me know that he spoke with Kia and was able to get my car fixed with no charge. I know this is not always a possibility but Alex Greenland and the service department went above and beyond to help me and my family out with an impossible expense we had no means to take care of. I will always recommend Crown Kia and their service department. I can say without a doubt that they actually care about their customers. Thank you again Alex and Crown
