My salesman was very pushy, calling all the time.

My salesman was very pushy, calling all the time. He would get mad when I was negotiating for the best deal. Dick Brooks offered us a lower price, and he got mad that I was going to other businesses for a better price. When he couldn't beat the other price, he got rude. He eventually started to end the conversation on the phone, and so I said, "Well I appreciate your time and thank you for..." before I got to finish, clearly in mid sentence, he hung up on me. I have friends that refuse to ever go there since they were bought out. They used to be Breakaway Honda. Now I'll never go back either.

I contacted the store to make sure the vehicle was still

I contacted the store to make sure the vehicle was still available, and they responded very quickly! It was, and I made the drive there and ended up purchasing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful!

Great experience. The sales woman was down to earth and very helpful. Sales mgr and Finance were easy to work with as well.

Ben was amazing .

Ben was amazing .. very personable and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of our questions, knew his extensive inventory, and helped us make a decision when we were overwhelmed.

Took 2017 Honda for service and a tire rotation was

Took 2017 Honda for service and a tire rotation was recommended. Agreed to the tire rotation, however when the car was returned the pressure readings associated with the individual tires was the same as before the service. Told by the service advisor and service manger that they were 100% sure the tires were rotated. However, the tire with the slow leak is in the same location as it was prior to the service. It isn't a lot of money but if they cannot be trusted with a $30 tire rotation, I'm certainly not going to trust them with major repairs. To top it off, the last communication from the service advisor was asking not to fill out the survey because that would impact his ratings.

Mr.Sergey was the best associate ever! made the

Mr.Sergey was the best associate ever! made the purchasing of the Honda 2025 crv ex l the easiest of any car buying experience i ever had. he went out of his way to find what i wanted and from there he worked to assure all was in order and a done deal. this gentleman is the very best! he made dealing with Fred Anderson Honda a veritable joy. i would highly recommend Mr.Sergey and Fred Anderson Honda.

I had an amazing experience at this location!

I had an amazing experience at this location! I bought a car from a sister dealership about a week ago. The check engine light turned on and off throughout the week. When I called that dealership to let them know I was told I had to fix it out of pocket. When I went to the Honda service center and my told service advisor Deb about my issue she assured me she would handle the other dealership. Deb was an amazing service advisor who was able to speak with the dealership and get them to cover the cost. I appreciate her patience and willingness to work with my schedule. 10/10 recommend this place :)

Bought a new CRV and have got nothing but unfulfilled

Bought a new CRV and have got nothing but unfulfilled promises. John Michael and finance manager Cam made promises and 3 months later have not fulfilled. Worst decision I ever made buying from Fred Anderson Honda.
