Breakaway Honda

Enjoyed working with Alan and Hyder. They both were very helpful in finding the white HRV EX 2020 that I wanted and would not settle for another color. They also were able to get my lease payments where I needed to be. Really great folks!

Airbag Safety Recall

Recently needed a safety recall airbag replacement, and Breakaway Honda was excellent. My schedule did not allow for a regular appointment, but they made an off hour appointment for me. Thank you. They were professionals through out the entire process. Got a text reminding me of the appointment, and while there they adhered to current COVID measures. Truth is they were just nice people. The job was completed in under the quoted time, which is always a plus.

Breakaway Honda

My experience was wonderful! I was visiting Greenville and my car wouldnt start. I had my car towed to Breakaway Honda and received excellent service. I called ahead to let the service department know that my car was being towed to their location and that it wouldnt crank. The representative that answered my call was very polite and helpful and I received a text confirmation shortly after we hung up. Later I spoke with my service advisor, Tim Neal, and he let me know what was needed (a new battery) and that the work had been completed. When I arrived Tim went over the inspection report he provided, let me know that my car repair was covered under my warranty, and walked me to the person who checked me out. He then arranged for my car to be brought from the back and he kept me company until I left. He was very professional as well as friendly and I appreciated his help! My whole experience was great!

Pushy

Sales person was pushy in an odd way and not very knowledgeable. Didn't know the answer to most of our basic questions. Seemed to expect us to buy when most of our questions weren't answered and the features we wanted were only available on a vehicle with leather which we don't want. Which was basically told to get over it if you want the other features you'll deal with leather🙄
