I have purchased several new Honda vehicles from this

I have purchased several new Honda vehicles from this dealership in the last couple of years. I have found them to be generally fair (a little slow doing the paperwork but most dealers are). My last purchase may be my last as I was told I had purchased a service plan only to be told my A16 (first service) on my 2025 CRV HYBRID IS GOING TO COST ME $155.00 for a differential oil change. The money is not going to break the bank but the deception in having a service package and 36 months new car warranty has really turned me against this dealer and Honda if this turns out to be true when I take my car in for service this week

We bought a new Pilot from them website showed 3 in stock

We bought a new Pilot from them website showed 3 in stock that we wanted but when we got there they had none we drove a higher grade one and made the deal. So I decided to take my daughter to purchase a used car from them. Told salesman what the payments had to be and he said let's see what we can do. Was trading in her car. Test drove a jeep but was told from finance manager that we could get into jeep because of amount of money bank had to have. Told use to move up to newer car and he could get us done. I asked again payment where we want it he should yes. Test drove another car payment came in double than what we wanted after he said they could get the payment we wanted. So he lied to us just like when we bought the pilot from them. Just be honest with me not shady hate being lied too. Left mad and would never recommend this dealership to no one. We've had our pilot serviced for ac not working right and was again treated like I did not know what I was talking about. Had it serviced and it went well had recall and it well also. That's why I give 2 stars not not any

They were very helpful and patient with us.

They were very helpful and patient with us. The only bad was the paperwork. There was a non-English speaking customer ahead of us. They had already transferred my trade over to the dealership. We had no choice but to wait, except my husband also had his car. We waited from 8 pm until 11 with just paperwork to buy the car. The salesman waited up until we were taken in to do the paperwork too. That was very kind. We just had not eaten dinner and were starving. It would have been nice to let us go, IN MY HUSBaND’S car, to get something to eat and bring it back and continue to wait. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Loi was great to work with when I came into test drive a

Loi was great to work with when I came into test drive a few vehicles recently. He was gentle in his delivery and understood my price point and interests. I was very appreciative of him understanding I wanted to pay cash and was willing to work with me on the best price despite my plans to not take out a loan. I would recommend buying a used car from the Fred Anderson Honda used car center!

I had a great experience at the Fred Anderson Honda

I had a great experience at the Fred Anderson Honda Service center. My service advisor, Keith Lubrano, was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to be of assistance and make me feel comfortable and confident in my decisions. This was my first time at the service center, and I really didn't know how everything worked. Keith greeted me with a smile and explained the whole process to me which really put my mind at ease. He showed me where I could comfortably wait while they worked on my car and, regularly checked in with me with updates and to make sure I didn't need anything or have anymore questions. I plan to return to the Fred Anderson Service center for my future car needs and would love to work with Keith again.

Purchased two new 2025 vehicles from Angel Reyes whom we have known and trusted for years. He is now with Honda and that is a plus for Honda. We are very happy with the dealership and staff. We are looking at a long-term relationship with Fred Anderson Honda

Very Happy with service and vehicles at Fred Anderson Honda Angel Reyes is all 10's to me and my husband. Other staff members were courteous, friendly, and helpful. Angel is all 10's to me and my husband.

Showed up for my appointment for service, pulled into service check-in bay and nobody checked me in. Finally some came to me and asked if I had been checked in because she wanted to move my car. I said no and left. terrible customer service.

I just bought honda odyssey on 12/4/2024 and extended

I just bought honda odyssey on 12/4/2024 and extended warranty. Josh the finance guy said cancel anytime. But when i wanna cancel on 12/7/2024, I couldn't cancel it. I called the dealership they receptionist whose name is Haley, she transferred me to voicemail finance dept. I left the voice message nobody returned my calls.im very disappointed, never buy car in this dealership. No professional service after sales

I just bought the honda odyssey 2025 and extended

I just bought the honda odyssey 2025 and extended warranty on Dec 05 2025, Josh the finance guy said it can be canceled anytime. I tried to cancel on December 7 2025, called the dealership. The receptionist whose name is Haley transfer me to finance voicemail. There is nobody answering the phone. I left the voice mail and nobody call me back too. Never buy anything from the dealership, the gonna rip u off and no good service at all after sales

I never had ANY issues with my Honda.

I never had ANY issues with my Honda. Took it to Fred Anderson Honda due to a coupon in the mail for an oil change. Came home, and my battery is dead. And now my left headlight is out. Very suspicious to me. Will not be back.
