Working with Howard was a great experience, he kept me informed unlike people in the past. You worked on my truck in the past and it did not get repaired correctly. Heard is to be commended for his follow through to see repairs were completed . Bradshaw would be a better place if you had more people like Howard.

The end job was adequately done even though it took 2 days longer than promised due to delay in ordering parts through the parts department delaying the order for some unknown reason
