They lie about being financed. When they finally got me financed almost 3 months later, they forged my signature on the loan documents that added almost 3 thousand dollars extra on to the loan.

The car dealer Nate told me he would give me two thousand
The car dealer Nate told me he would give me two thousand dollars for my trade in vehicle which I easily could have sold. After getting my paperwork and reviewing it , said zero For my trade-in.

We bought 2023 Car about a year ago from this dealership.
We bought 2023 Car about a year ago from this dealership. They lie about the most insignificant things, but that speaks volumes about the sales team and management. We bought on a weekend, and they said they would have the 2nd keyfob and the Sirius XM pack for us. A year later and they are still kicking that can down the road. Then, on top of that, it took months for them to actually pay off our trade in, and talking to their finance and accounting team about that is painful. Pathetic actually. Go anywhere else but here. And they are in the middle of nowhere. Save your time and money. I went back in to complain and instead of their pathetic manager talking to me, they sent the original salesman to me who then stated that he didn’t even work there anymore, he was just there to help them. WHAT?! They need to shut that dealership down. 0 stars.

Purchased vehicle in February of 2024, it is December 23, 2024 and still have not received my title, registration and license plate. Get the run around every time we call the dealership, it’s a new story every time. Tyler Lloyd assured us in person 3 months ago that he was sending an employee to Frankfort the following business day to get our title, yet it still has not arrived. DO NOT PURCHASE from the dealership. Legal action is next for me

Short version I bought a truck 2 months ago and they
Short version I bought a truck 2 months ago and they have still not gotten me a license, registration or title. My temp tags expire tomorrow. The state dealer commission advised me to open a civil suit immediately and that there is an open file at the AGs office on this dealership. From making calls to sort my options I am hearing that this company is known to county and state Govt offices and it's not a good rep. Also, just check out the BBB submissions. Wow. made a major mistake going to this absurd business.

I had a good experience with Kenny however, my key fob
I had a good experience with Kenny however, my key fob will not lock, unlock or remote start the car I purchased. It has been 2 1/2 weeks since my purchase and I am just told the key guy hasn’t returned the manager’s call. The manual key is not even cut for the car. I am sadly disappointed with this.

Man! What can I say about Kenny! He went above and beyond to make this deal happen. I knew he was working hard, but I was later informed to what extent he went to get me in this vehicle. Very grateful for this purchase. My second purchase, and I wouldn’t mind coming back again!
