Refused to do business me with or even come to an

Refused to do business me with or even come to an agreement over a out the door price because I came in with my own financing. I was ready willing and able to close the deal on the online advertised price of $18,691 and their doc fee of $799, taxes and motor vehicle but was told "they won't go for a cash deal" because I wasn't financing through them. They originally added a prep fee of $1,495, removed it and insisted I had to pay an additional $1,000 on top of the car price. Also, they advertised the car online for $18,691 but the car has a window sticker on the lot of $22,691. No where on cars.com or their site did it disclose their fees. Also, I was told that if you don't finance through them it automatically adds $1,000 to the car price.

My family and I have been Freehold Raceway Nissan

My family and I have been Freehold Raceway Nissan customers for over 30 years, both with the service department as well as sales. We have always been treated with respect and fairness. There is never a "hard sell" and I respect their advise. The new video feature with service is very helpful. We will continue to be satisfied customers.

Nissan Raceway of Freehold .

Nissan Raceway of Freehold ... I've been a customer of Raceway Nissan of Freehold since 2013 & now have my 3rd Sentra. Am I happy with both sales & service ... well I think you know the answer; but let me reiterate ... Being an A-Type personality (oh my gosh) ... yes I do like some order in my life. Since 2013 I've seen quite a number of changes in Raceway's management / rules / regulations. The service department specializes in giving their clients good news & bad news ... LOL, however, has been fair in keeping their clients SAFE on the road. My current service was a "shock" (again LOL) when I actually had to replace my rear shocks ... the staff Anthony / Kate / Chris / mechanics / & car washers ... made the rear shocks replacement along with (what I initially went in for (oil change & tire rotation) another great experience with their Service ... Don't forget to sign-up for their REWARDS Program ... to save on any upcoming expenses ... You actually get 3% rewards $ for the repair invoice expense ... Enjoy the 2025 summer!

Whenever we visited the Raceway Nissan Service Department

Whenever we visited the Raceway Nissan Service Department in Freehold, New Jersey, every customer service representative has been very helpful and pleasant. However, it is Anthony Hassaan, Service Manager, who is a standout, and it is Anthony we wish to thank and express our sincerest appreciation to. Anthony always attentively listened to our vehicle concerns, acknowledged the existence of them, and immediately took actions to correct them. At the outset, Anthony was quick to identify a problem that was a relatively fresh issue with the re-designed 2024 Platinum Rogue and its new Infotainment System. Quite frankly, a strong, experienced employee like Anthony Hassaan should represent the “face’ of Nissan Corporate since someone with his professionalism, keen product knowledge, and extraordinary interpersonal skills would attract a new customer base and maintain Nissan’s loyal longstanding customer base. We would highly recommend anyone seeking to have an exceptional technical maintenance and service experience to visit the Raceway Nissan Service Department in Freehold, New Jersey
