We went to New York State to go Chevrolet to buy our vehicle. The sales lady Danielle was very good not pushy and buying it gave us all the information we needed. We tried the vehicle out and we’re very satisfied and we ended up buying it and picking it up on Monday

Very disappointed in the actions of a salesman. He literally spends all his time asking my girlfriend out and screws up our paperwork. A month and a half later our truck is still in registered. The paper work was sent back to us due to errors. The truck has many issues and keeps breaking. Imagine sitting waiting for your brand new truck to be fixed and this dirty disrespectful salesman walks by me twice. And you have to keep quiet or go to jail. Now we are waiting for a tow truck to come pick up our truck because it has more problems What would you do in this case.

I found Jesse to be very knowledgeable. I was not pressured in any way. I liked the "family" atmosphere. I bought a 2017 and expect the service dept will be good as well.

I was more than pleased with my car buying experience. Jesse, my internet contsct, turned out to be my actual sales person and made it all so easy! Parker advertises itself as a family business and they made me feel part of that. Each person that morning exceeded my ecpectations.

On a positive note Dan in sales at Parker Chevy has been very accommodating. I have nothing bad to say about the sales force at Parker's. My recommendation is to get a quote from another dealer before visiting Parker's because they want top dollar for their vehicles.
