5 stars for everyone in sales dept: Sales Manager Drew,

5 stars for everyone in sales dept: Sales Manager Drew, Finance Manager Daniel and of course our Sales Rep Gio. All these guys are the bright shining stars of this dealership and deserve all the accolades. Dealing with them was nothing short of pleasure. 1 star for the service dept that was tasked with safety inspection and prepping (mechanicaly) the car for sale. 1 star is a bump from 0 stars just for the fact that the car had 3 tires replaced (previous ones had sidewall damage so had to be changed). 0 stars for putting on the lot car that has all brake rotors warped! To be clear, Volvo (Polestar) brake rotors are known to be crap that warp easily. However taking into inventory a sport vehicle with unknown history and not verifying the condition of the single most important car component which are BRAKES is unacceptable. This is a critical safety item that was overlooked. The tech that signed off on the inspection docs should have been fired. Our test drive was short and slow on local roads so I did not notice the problem. However on our way home (200 miles) we had a few close calls when we nearly rear ended other cars due the to condition of the brakes. I brought the car to my dealership and let our master tech take it for a spin. He quickly diagnosed warped rotors. I don't get it. Why risk people's lives? Why expose the dealership to potential lawsuit? Bad brakes means people die. If you tell sales department that brakes had to be replaced, they will understand and incorporate resulting costs into the selling price. Entire sales team worked very hard to sell the car, build and maintain relationship that led to the sale. Can't blame them for doing perfect job. But It takes one tech (or his supervisor that turned down the brake job) that ruins the entire experience and almost cost me and my wife our lives on the road.

Very Disappointed – Not What I Expected I purchased a

Very Disappointed – Not What I Expected I purchased a 2012 JEEP Wrangler from this dealership on June 20, 2025, and it has been nothing but problems since the very first day. The check engine light came on right after leaving the dealership, along with the tire pressure sensor warning. I immediately contacted the salesman, Dan, and was told the vehicle was sold "as is," so there was nothing they could do. In the past 30 days, I've spent over $4,500 on repairs and the car has been in the shop three times! Here’s a list of the issues I’ve had to fix: • 7/3/25 – Ignition coil, intake gasket, and spark plugs replaced due to vehicle stalling. • 7/18/25 – Headlights weren’t working and needed to be replaced. • 7/21/25 – Radiator blew, causing overheating and required a tow to the shop. • 7/29/25 – Vehicle wouldn’t start – required towing to dealer and a new TIPM box I’m extremely disappointed in the dealership for not performing proper inspections before selling the car for $18,000. They should have caught these issues ahead of time. I expected much better quality and service, especially for such a significant purchase. I would not recommend buying from here based on my experience.

Very surprise how easy the whole process was.

Very surprise how easy the whole process was. At no point did I feel pressured, they negotiated professionally, and we came to an amicable price. The closing was quick and minimal push from finance on the extras. I would recommend them and would consider them again on my next vehicle purchase

Horrific experience with this dealership.

Horrific experience with this dealership. 1. They tried to sell me a $3,000 package that included 2 free engine oil changes. On an electric vehicle…. They claimed that the car was already detailed. I found a 9mm bullet in the vehicle that did not belong to me. 2. They screwed up my paperwork for one of the banks they tried to get a rate from causing a several day confusion as to which bank is providing financing. The salesman claimed he talked to his finance person and they claimed the paperwork was good on their side. Well, if he would have paid attention he would notice that a completely different bank was involved from the one that was chosen. 3. The salesman does not respond to my messages until I have to call the dealership. 4. I negotiated a tire change and an alignment as part of purchase. I went to the dealership to change tires and it took them 5 hours my first time there and my steering wheel was crooked. Came back the next week and sat in the dealership for another 5 hours until I told them to stop working. Now my steering wheel is even worse and the cars self driving has almost gotten me in a wreck twice due to it being completely out of alignment. I’m having to schedule an alignment and calibration service with the OEM manufacturer to fix the car and have to drive there for 2 hours missing half to a full day of work. 5. My previous car is still not paid off and it has been weeks. Again the salesman is not responding to my questions. 6. This is the worst experience I have had purchasing a car.
