All was ok except the appointment was made 2 weeks prior
All was ok except the appointment was made 2 weeks prior and somehow they didn't have my oil filter in stock so my wife had to wait longer. She waited like 3 hours for an appointment for service. Which should have taken like 1 hour and a half tops with the tire replacement.Then after they replaced a tire thru car dock the technician did not put enough air in the tire so my wife had to drive back to get proper amount added.

Service representatives at desk were very polite and
Service representatives at desk were very polite and helpful with any questions asked. Service technicians were lengthy on time to complete oil/filter change and tire rotation. I waited almost 3 hours.
