CarMax College Station

Staff was friendly but the service was very slow. The truck was as advertised except they forgot to add in the listing that the truck had been owned by a smoker. Attempts were made to mitigate the smoke smell but it made no difference. After getting home I discovered that they did not take the time to clean the smoke haze from the interior windows. The tires were 6 years old with plenty of tread and the dealership willingly replaced them with new tires.

Car buying is never fun, but CarMax minimized the grief and made it a very smooth process.

This was the absolute easiest car buying experience I have ever had! We got a great offer on our trade in and they worked with us to help us get our monthly payment to where we wanted it. The whole process was surprisingly quick and everyone who works in the College Station location are as helpful and friendly as they can be.

Staff was very accommodating, I was late for my appointment due to school and they still squeezed me in on the same day. Austin was great, very straightforward and answered all my questions. Wishing him the best!

Abby was great! She made the buying experience very easy! There was a slight hiccup between the bank & the dealership, but it was all taken care of within an hour.
