Lions Pre Owned-Dupe

Don't even bother coming here they're a bunch of crooks and liars. The website is totally a sham

I had a great experience buying my 2018 Elantra from Phillipe at Lions. He was super helpful throughout the whole process and made everything really easy. I did a BHPH (Buy Here Pay Here) deal with just $1500 down, and I couldn’t be happier with the car. It drives great and looks amazing!

Cars.com you should not allow this dealership to advertise through your website. The are advertising vehicles they do not have to try and sell you what they have on the lot. I had an appointment today at 1:00pm (06/06/25) and spoke with sales person at 5:30pm on (06/05/2025) that the vehicle was still available. When I arrived at 11:00am, there were no sales associates on property but 3 televisions that show a call center will 20 plus person taking video calls. The worse part is, it wasn't just me but 3 buyers that walked in after I did. This dealership is a scam and I would remove them from your website immediately.

A horrible experience, a constant lie, they have had my money for 3 weeks and I still don't have my car, I already know that they are offering it to other people and they just said that the engine doesn't work and that they have to change it, it's a scam, I don't recommend them at all, be very careful when you go to this place, they are lions, but they are experts at lying. Be careful, don't go to this place, don't let yourself be scammed.

Wish I could have gave 0 starts. I went to lions pre-owned for a vehicle, the vehicle I wanted they ran a diagnostics and said it needed a engine replacement which they was going to do, I refuse to take the jeep atp, they offered me a 2014 GMC Acadia I agreed with that one. In less than a month that vehicle left me and my kids stranded twice. Now there is no kind of communication they refuse to communicate. Gabriel one of the salesman he will do or say anything to keep your money. Please don’t buy from these people they sell lemons and rip you off.

Don't buy from these people. They will rip you off and then tell you that you owe more money then what was agreed upon. They don't fix the vehicle either and they don't run like they should. You have to keep repeating yourself count of them not knowing too much English.. I was very disappointed with these guys. I'm not the only person either with bad reviews. Apparently there has been many but they try to hide them cause they don't want people to really know that they take advantage of people and take the vehicle from them. No one even communicate with each other as well. Bad people. Bad business and I have already spoken to better Business bureau and they don't look good from what I saw. Don't be surprised when they all of sudden go out of business. I will never deal with these guys and I have already told many to not go to these people or dealerships. Rotten to the core

I went to Lions and was welcomed by Mauro. I liked the technological way of service and bought my Kia Soul. I recommend it and will do business again!!!
