Wade was a wonderful salesman and Steve was very helpful
Wade was a wonderful salesman and Steve was very helpful in closing the deal. However the finance manager Charles was rude and very disrespectful. Charles was rude from the moment we stepped in his office. He said it’s his office and he will run it the way he wants to. Steve had to get another finance manager to come over and do the paperwork once we decided to purchase the vehicle. Steve and Wade were the only reason we purchased the vehicle.

Fantastic!
Fantastic! Lost my previous Kia Soul in a house fire. I was a little traumatized and Randy Marion was there to help. They made my decision and the process easier than I expected. Great group to work with.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. We test drove a used vehicle late one evening. It had just been traded in and wasn’t clean yet which we understood. We said we wanted the car pending an independent evaluation. They did not ask for a deposit. Wade Foley agreed to take it to a local Subaru shop in Salisbury for evaluation once it was cleaned and serviced. Wade and the Sales Mgr Steve emphatically said it was their policy all trade ins go thru a thorough process before being released for anything. We immediately made the arrangements for the evaluation the next morning. They responded and said they would keep us posted. Calls emails and texts were ignored. The following day they said it was sold to a dealer next door - and it was not cleaned or anything. The General Mgr and Sales Mgr. sort of apologized but then proceeded to argue with us.

Extremely friendly staff from the moment I arrived to

Ray is absolutely amazing.
Ray is absolutely amazing. Wish I lived closer I would get my car serviced there always. His professionalism and knowledge is outstanding. Very caring about his customers. You have a gem there make sure to take care of him.
