Bought a honda from these guys.
Bought a honda from these guys. They said it never been in an accident but you can clearly tell it ha. The trunk is uneven, my driver side fender popped off from the bottom and my exhaust fell off while driving. Tried to call them about it but they keep telling me somebody is gonna call me back. When I finally get a hold of somebody oh it's to late you should have called and let them know lmao. Plus the price of the car is to much. I'm paying 8k for a 2k car just cuz it has low miles. But it acts like it wants to shut off at the light. Big JOKE

Recently helping my son look for a replacement car and found a low mileage honda accord. The deal claimed the car was in good shape but we took it to an independent mechanic and we are really glad we did. The car was a mess, buy beware!!

Where do I even begin.
Where do I even begin. Firstly I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. I saw this dealership had horrible reviews and I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a 2013 Silverado 2500 HD. I believe the dealership fraudulently passed the vehicle through Virginia state inspection for tinted headlights, a non-functioning – dash cluster, and a faulty emergency brake that later gave me issues on my hour and a half ride home. After owning the vehicle for about two hours, it already needs to be sent back to the dealership to be fixed. When I called the dealership the next morning, I explained the situation to the manager. He refused to cover the tow fee and stated “the truck drove fine when I drove it” Finally, after arguing and going back-and-forth, he agreed to take care of the issue and cover the tow cost. I was given a certain date that the manager Promised the truck would be picked up by. That date came and gone. when I called the dealership. The manager explained that he hadn’t even reached out to a towing company yet. After the truck arrived at the dealership I was left completely in the dark. Auto Heaven has no respect for their customers. I was Told several times that I’d be updated and not once did I receive an update on my truck. Every time I called, I was told by the front desk that the managers are all busy and they would give me a call back, not once did I receive a call back. Customer service was absolutely horrible! Once the truck was done, the manager refused to have it towed back to my house Forcing me to drive another hour and a half to the dealership, Proving that auto heaven is more concerned about money than a satisfied customer. The next issue I’m having is When they completed the work on the truck, they took off the lug nut key, That lug nut key never made it back onto the truck, I’m now facing issues with the Maryland shop that is performing the state inspection because they are unable to pull the wheels off. This has been by far the worst dealership I’ve dealt with. Please save yourself the headache.shop elsewhere.

We made an appointment to look at one truck specifically and view three others. Upon arrival the sales person we had been in contact with was not available (we never saw him). We finally got another salesperson to show us the listed vehicle. The tire was flat, they pumped up the tire. We too it on a very short test drive, as before we got out of the parking lot, the brake calipers are sticking and the warning lights on the dash start lighting up. We go back and can not find any sales people? Started looking for the other truck’s listed and one is in the garage. Other two are pinned in. Still can’t find any one to help us or give the keys to the first truck back to. Finally found a salesperson to give the keys back to and left.

Great service and communication. Have a decent size inventory, you can definitely find the vehicle you’re looking for. I settled for a 2008 Ford F350 King Ranch. Beautiful frame and sound engine and transmission. Claudia was very helpful and very knowledgeable with financing. I left the dealership an hour later with a beautiful truck. Recommend!
