Inquired about financing as an DC resident and was told
Inquired about financing as an DC resident and was told they do not offer financing for residents here. No clear explanation, just that they don’t offer it. Ms. Rosa even suggested that I use a VA or MD address to be considered. I understand this is a subprime dealership but being located in the DMV you are likely to have out of state residents inquire. Very shady. Absolutely appalling, yeah no thanks.

This was not a good overall experience.
This was not a good overall experience. The car we wanted to see was not available when we got there. Then, when we did drive it, there were multiple dash lights lit and the car itself was in worse condition than was shown in the pictures. The next car we saw, the check engine light was on. We finally decided on another car... waited a LONG time for the salesman to get all of our paperwork together for the loan. Then, a light bulb needed replaced the next day, but we found out that the extended warranty we paid for, does not include the light bulbs. Overall NOT a good experience.

Auto Haven was a pleasure to work with as they provided all photos and information that I requested. They also recommended The Lemon Squad for obtaining an independent appraisal of the the vehicle's mechanical condition and appearance. The Lemon Squad appraiser also took an extended test drive to ascertain how it drove and the reliable operation of all options such as windows, A/C, seat heaters, sun/moon roof, etc...

Went in to see a car that's been listed for 229 days and was told "it's just been sold yesterday". Either shady bait and switch tactics or I should go to Vegas with these odds.

I have never had so many issues with a vehicle from
I have never had so many issues with a vehicle from anywhere else I have bought a car. We purchased a Toyota tundra in cash… paid in full a decent amount of money only days later having to sink thousands of dollars in repairs. The tires were dry rotted, brakes and rotors were so corroded it was unbelievable, all TPMS’s were corroded, the front axle was completely broke, the power steering went out and had to replace the entire pump and lines. THEN the hood latch broke. You can’t make this stuff up. You call the dealership and they say they will have the service manager call you back or you can bring it to their shop to fix it. I don’t trust this place to fix anything. Definitely after I pointed out a broken mirror when we bought it and instead of putting the proper bolt in the mirror to fix it they drive a screw through the bottom of it. Not happy and I will be taking action on this matter because no way should this vehicle have ever passed a Virginia safety inspection!

I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere. We looked at 4 different vehicles and all 4 had major issues. The management at this location has to be the worst around. Poo customer service. Do yourself a favor and find another dealership. We stepped away from purchasing here due to the overall worst experience ever.

Bought a honda from these guys.
Bought a honda from these guys. They said it never been in an accident but you can clearly tell it ha. The trunk is uneven, my driver side fender popped off from the bottom and my exhaust fell off while driving. Tried to call them about it but they keep telling me somebody is gonna call me back. When I finally get a hold of somebody oh it's to late you should have called and let them know lmao. Plus the price of the car is to much. I'm paying 8k for a 2k car just cuz it has low miles. But it acts like it wants to shut off at the light. Big JOKE
