We recently purchased a used 2013 Honda Pilot and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent—everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before the sale. It really felt like they cared about making the process smooth and positive. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that, due to the cooler weather at the time of purchase, it wasn’t apparent that the air conditioner wasn’t working. Now that the temperatures have gone up, we’ve realized there’s an issue with it. If the A/C had been functioning properly, this would easily be a 5-star review. That said, we’re still happy with the vehicle and appreciate the great service we received throughout the buying process.

The sales rep was untruthful and unreliable. I would never recommend this fly by night dealer to anyone.

Awesome customer service. I’m glad I took the trip. Sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about cars. They do have extended warranty which gave peace of mind when I purchased the vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking for nice older used car.
