The dealership and Matt C. was AMAZING!! My car was totaled a month before and I was desperate for a new one as soon as possible. It took a bit to find the one that was a good fit for my family and budget, but Matt did it. I am happy with it and the experience I received.

It is without a doubt that the reason why I am giving this rating is because of Pat Brady at National Volkswagen. I have dealt with many car dealers in my time, and I have had to battle to get what I wanted in a deal, which I'm not bad at doing. But my experience with National Volkswagen, and specifically Pat Brady, is immeasurable. An unbelievable salesman. I told him what I wanted, and where the deal needed to be, and he made it happen!!! Not only has he done this once, for the car that my wife has always wanted, but has also enabled me to continue to keep the make, model, and manufacturer of my desired vehicle of choice. I didn't only buy 2 cars from a dealership salesman, but created a friendship along the way. Ryan was the manager who spent days helping us figure out what used car worked best for us. He then spent the whole day riding along for test drives and chasing down cars at other dealerships so we could see everything. I have never had such great and dedicated service at a dealership!
