Performed an unnecessary work on the coolant system. I took to my local mechanic who fixed it with no problem and had to do a second fish of the system

The service was fast, efficient and customer centric. Leslie did her best to ensure that my needs were satisfied for the appointment. The discount coupon helped a lot in the final cost. Big up to Nissan of the Bronx for the specials that you offer to your customers. I was able to use the savings to replace my wiper blades.

There was miscommunication that resulted in me not

There was miscommunication that resulted in me not getting the other services I wanted. The recommendations where not communicated properly and resulted in me going to get a second opinion. I saved close to $300 dollars on work order of 800+ at nissan. Some recommendations where unfounded. Very disappointed this time around.
