Absolutely no. The used car was listed for $13,000. I asked in advance what their documentation fee is ($899 which is a lot but still made this car a good deal.). Sit down to buy the car, get hit with a bottom line of over $20k. This includes a $3,000 "dealer condition fee" to get the car ready to sell. Ok friends, so then the asking price is $16,000 plus nearly $1,000 and THEN taxes, registration etc. What a sham. The "manager" didn't even have the decency to look ashamed. He also told me Edmunds etc give readers an artificially low price for used cars. I'm laughing my way to another dealer. Don't waste your time here.

I have called 11 times know trying to get information on a vehicle I am interested in. Each time the same lady answers saying the manager is the guy to talk to but is unavailable at the time and she will have him give me a call back. Each time I wait, I do not receive any follow up calls. I am unable to walk in due to me living out of state. They don't seem to be too worried or concerned with calling me back just for information. Very upsetting experience.
