We have bought 2 brand new vehicles from this dealership - the most recent in July 2025. We took our new vehicle in for a simple oil change today - we were kept there from 11:00 a.m. and didn’t leave until after 3:30p.m. And only after begging for our vehicle. Unfortunately we had mentioned a few minor things to check out and were not advised that we should make an additional appointment to address these. The service representative and service manager were less than cordial, Can you imagine sitting there for this length of time. This dealership lacks customer service skills particularly in their service department and offered no apologies. In today’s world customer service is the key bottom line. Also, the service manager coerced me into signing paperwork which they did not give me a copy of saying that if I didn’t sign it my warranty would be invalid - what a terrible experience. Corporate will be advised if our displeasure.

It was better then the first time
I bought my vehicle from Doug Dick who actually works at the auto mall had it not been for him I would not have returned to Hyundia of Beckley because of how bad my last buying experience was there .
