Renee Serino is the best sales rep.

Renee Serino is the best sales rep. We’ve been Facebook friends a long time. I’ve watched her sell lots of cars. This time it was my turn. It took me a month to make up my mind but she never gave up and was helpful

Absolute liars.

Absolute liars. DO NOT APPLY, DO NOT BUY, DO NOT TRUST. Paid for Lemon Squad to inspect a car, and they “sold” the car before the appointment for the inspection. Found out they actually turned away the Lemon Squad inspector. They said they would hold it until Lemon Squad did their job. I said I would wire the money today, but after the car was “sold” I was told the hold policy only applied to people with a finance application in IF Lemon Squad hadn’t gotten there yet. Other reviews reveal they run your credit through multiple lenders without telling you. They use an overseas call center to answer all dealer sales calls. Good luck trying to get anyone actually at the dealership who can actually do a sale. The call center reps lie and say they work there.
