Good customer service

After hearing all the commercials I finally decided to give North Coast a try bc I really need a car. I can’t say I’m giving the dealership 5 stars but Danielle deserves 5 for her customer service and just being very friendly patient, honest and not overly aggressive. I decided not to get the car I really wanted because it would have been too much of a stretch but I will be back after I handle a few things on my end bc of Danielle’s 5 star service.

Horrible

Horrible!!! Dishonest and unethical. The financial team are crooks, and the financing company is a scam! I would never recommend this dealership. Horrible horrible horrible

Working with Kyler on my new car was an awesome experience. The best I’ve had when buying a car. He loves helping people and went out of his way to help me get into my car. He came in on his day off so, he could be there for me. I can not be happier with my purchase.
