2008 HYUNDAI ACCENT GS
Buying process was good, and the customer service initially was great. One day after purchase the car shut down in the middle of the street and when I contacted customer service they weren't as communicative, and when I spoke to the mechanic he had a bit of an attitude addressing the situation. However, they offered a full refund.

Wouldn't Deal at all very Cocky
Didn't have the one Jeep we went for they tried to sell us one for $600 more with more milage wouldn't even drop a dime

What is that a salesperson I see
I found a car on the internet that I was interested in and a rep called me back the next morning. I made arrangements to come see the vehicles that afternoon.. I couldn't remember the name of the sales person that was helping me and that I spoke to on the phone. When I arrived another rep helped me try to find the individual that I was speaking with. the salesperson tried to locate the individual with my name and told me that I talked to someone from a call center and couldn't find a name. I texted the salesman that i arrived like he told me to and I never heard back and this was only 3 min after his last text. The rep in the showroom told me he was off and hadn't been in all day and I told him I just spoke to him earlier. I still was going to proceed to look at the vehicles then the rep told me they couldn't find one of the keys and it must have been sold. The first rap I spoke with that morning told me the cars were both available. I Drove over 45 minutes to dealership to look at two cars that they told me were available and it turned out when I got there they can only find one set of keys. Bottom line is I left. Sounds to me if you have a dealership that can't get its customer service down right what are they doing with their cars!!!!

We worked with Gary and he was fantastic. To be fair the wife and I really had him going back and forth and he was perfect in every way possible. With out hesitation, we will be going back. No question. The daughter got a car there, the wife got a car the and I will be getting one there myself. We can't thank Gary enough.

Very unprofessional
What a joke of an operation. We are buying a car for my daughter to use at college. She found one online that was right up our alley as far as price, make, and mileage. She left them a message Sunday night and was called right away on Monday morning by Mick who she thought was a salesperson. He gave her info on the car including the car fax. So far so good. As Mick asked us to do , we informed him when we were leaving to come up to look at it. We live an hour away in Massillon and he knew this. We were told to ask for James when we got there. We arrived and the place had a bad vibe to begin with. Then there was no James to be found. Another salesperson eventually waited on us and informed us the car was not on the lot but was at their service facility. We then waited over a half hour for her to come back and tell us it wouldn’t start and she thought it was probably out of gas. What???!!! They don’t have a way to get put gas in it at their service facility??? Unbelievable!! She then asked if we wanted to do something the next morning when their service department was open. Um, no. Your dealership wasted our time after making us believe the car would be waiting for us to test drive. I would never buy a vehicle from a dealership so inept. They should be embarrassed.

doesn’t feel like a one on one experience
The place was very busy once we arrived, which isn’t an issue. The issue was it didn’t seem like a very one on one experience with me being the potential buyer and the salesman. It’s all about speed at this place. They get you the test drive and then try to close a deal immediately. Didn’t even ask me specifics about what I wanted. Then felt pressured when thinking about buying. If you want a personal experience when buying a car, go somewhere else. This place may have nice cars, but they are all about speed and efficiency, and that is not something that should be a factor in finding the right car for someone.
