I have bought many cars in my life, and this is the best experience I have ever had. I was looking for a higher mileage but nice car for my wife, and found just what I wanted on this lot. The car was in much nicer condition than you would expect for a 2013. When I went to drive it I found out it had new tires, brakes and struts, which was not in the original description. These folks know customer service! It was certainly worth the 45 minute drive to buy this car.

Called and spoke to Fred about stock number AC042589. First Fred like to over talk a possible client. Then informs a possible client about AC042589 that there's a MANDATORY $199. Come on Fred in today's economy is a potential client that can wire to your PNC bank, Fred wants to ADD another 2 percent on the possible deal on a vehicle that's been on your website site and Meta marketplace for 15 weeks. Also, since I live in Michigan Fred can tell me the Indiana law that Fred needs to collect the sales tax for MI. Please...run away from Fred and Indy Auto Exchange LLC

We're sorry this happened. We charge all our customers sales tax and a $190 document fee which is disclosed on our website. In the state of Indiana it is law that dealers collect sales tax, and if you live out-of-state, we collect a portion of your state's sales tax. Furthermore, no sales person at Indy Auto would ever add 2 percent to a deal. The 2010 Lexus RX that you inquired about has been listed on our site for 2 weeks. We do want to make our customers happy, but being a new independent dealer with prices already below the market, it is really hard for us to give big discounts, especially on a cash sale. I can understand this may be frustrating for you, as you would like to pay the price you want, but unfortunately, that's not the case.

No sales ethics and if you are a women go elsewhere! Car was available to purchase when I got there due to a prior individual gave bad CC info 3 days prior and before driving it salesman was suggesting me to place a non-refundable deposit on the vehicle. Why would I put a non-refundable deposit if I found issues during test drive? Literally on test drive for 20 minutes and get back only for the salesman to say "oh i have bad news, the people that CC didn't go thru have called and now placed a deposit on the vehicle, so its not available now". Really!!!!! I drove almost an hour and half and already had financing approved, could have given him the check and out the door after test drive. NEVER AGAIN will i consider this business to purchase even a stick of gum from let alone an investment such as a car with this shady ethics!

We're sorry this happened, but we believe that we did not do anything wrong here. First, if you know you are pre-approved for a vehicle, drove over an hour and a half, and the first thing the salesperson tells you is that there is a lot of interest on that vehicle, why would you not put the deposit? Also, as the owner I can say that we have never kept someone's deposit and always refund it if they decide to back out of the deal. The reason why Fred told you to put the deposit was because he was trying to avoid this exact situation. You went on the test drive and during that time, the other interested party called and put the deposit. Unfortunatley, sometimes these things happen when there is high demand on one vehicle. We would also like to ask if you could please edit/delete the first sentence of your review, as we believe your first sentence in your review is slander. NO WOMAN has ever been mistreated or is treated differently at Indy Auto Exchange and we take those sort of allegations very seriously. This business is owned by a woman, and in addition, we sold this vehicle to a woman.
