Chris and Ryan of Kia of East Hartford were very helpful in putting together my first lease of a new car and I ended up getting exactly what I wanted. We explored both the purchasing options (in tandem with insurance costs) and decided the lease was the most cost effective. There was no rush (November is a great month to buy/lease a car if you want to avoid a crowd) as we crunched numbers back and forth. Chris (not a salesman) did an excellent job in narrowing down my choices. Ryan (the salesman) took the baton and continued to provide excellent customer service, taking the time to answer as many questions as I gave. The manager did a great job explaining the financial aspect with me. All in all, a great experience, and I drove away with my new Kia Sould that day.

LEASED my first Kia. Very glad I did. Mario was very helpful and took the time to answer all my questions. Didn't feel rushed or pressured. Great experience! Alexis was very helpful the next day when I picked up the car (although I did need to return the following day to pick up the extra set of keys and have air put in the tires to turn off the warning light)

Great Service
First things first, spoke to Mario on the phone about what I was looking for and he checked the availability immediately without any pessimism. Came there a few days later for a test drive, Mario was very honest about everything he knew about the vehicle and what he didn't know found out for me A.S.A.P!!! The process went very smooth and I'm now the proud owner one of their. Thanks to the team at KIA Hartford.

Great experience buying a new Kia
We were turning in our Sorento for a smaller SUV and I was very particular in what I wanted, everything my larger SUV had and nothing less. Mario went over and above to locate the exact car I wanted. Kia of EH also kept the payments where I needed them to be. We bought our 1st Kia in Key West and we have no regrets that we didn't wait to go back there to get this one.

Pleasant and easy
I leased a 2016 Kia Sorento from Kia of East Hartford 2 weeks ago. I was pleased with the way Ryan of Kia explained leasing and the terms of the lease. There were no hidden fees or charges that appeared later in the process as may happen at other dealers. The process was very clear, easy and painless. I am now driving the Sorento and enjoying the vehicle greatly.

No oil filters in stock / 2 hour wait time
I purchased a used vehicle from the dealership in mid December 2015 and came for my first oil change (June 13, 2016) . I called the week prior to schedule the appointment and was told it would take an hour. When I scheduled the service, I asked if they could investigate a strange noise I was hearing when turned my steering wheel. They confirmed and also said they would vacuum the car. On the day of the service, I waited in the waiting area upstairs while they changed my oil. In about an hour and fifteen minutes, I went downstairs to check with the service department about my car. They said they didn't have any of the oil filters for my car in stock and had to go offsite to get them, so they hadn't even started servicing my car. After forty-five more minutes (2 hours total), I went downstairs again and told them I needed to get back to work. They had only completed the oil change at the point. They hadn't vacuumed the car or checked for the strange noise. They didn't offer to discount the cost for the inconvenience, nor did they offer any kind of discount toward my next service appointment. Pretty poor customer service all around. I've take my car elsewhere since.

No Pressure
Our Sales Associate was Ryan Peterson. When we first arrived, he came out to greet us and I thought "here comes the high-pressure sales!" On the contrary, he told us to take our time and look around or if we had any questions or concerns, come see him. Since at no time did we feel any pressure, we were more at ease to try to work out a purchase. Ryan followed the process through from start to finish. We would definitely recommend Kia of East Hartford.

Everyone in the whole process, from sales, to finance, through delivery, was very professional, competent and did what it takes to have a satisfied customer.
