I want to express very special appreciation for Silvia Garcia, who met me on at least three visits as I went through all my hopes and concerns about getting a new (to me) Honda. It would be hard to match her attentiveness, helpfulness, and warmth (with excellent backup by Roberto). My circumstances were complicated, so I ultimately did not buy the car. But I went away with a great feeling for El Cerrito Honda because of working with Silvia. I will go back there for future needs because of this feeling.

I had such a wonderful experience buying my first car here. Silvia was exceptionally warm, friendly, helpful, and engaging. I would recommend this dealership to everyone looking for a smooth and manageable car-buying experience.

Salesperson, finance officer, and sales manager were all very helpful, and willing to work with us.

They give Terrible pricing on a used car and every used car tried two weeks to get a good price and they lowered it but still terrible pricing they think they can sell a 56 thousand mile 4 year old car that has dents in the body and dirty interior like if it was new 4 years ago. there’s a reason they have had the car in their lot for almost 100 days they all are nice till you say you can’t pay their ridiculous prices and start having an attitude after i was being extra nice. I was even willing to over pay for that car since I really wanted it and they didn’t accept it so it’s their loss. wanted to work with them since it was my local Honda but got so disappointed with the workers and prices don’t go here unless you really have to or it’s a new car you’re looking to buy.

I would recommend our salesperson, Silvia, to anyone considering a Honda. We saw her on Jan 2, and there were no cars available. We put in a request for a hybrid AWD CR-V. Silvia kept us updated with any deliveries or delays. Finally she was able to secure one for us and we bought it on 3/22. Anna in Finance was great, too. She gave us a great deal on different services available.

Silvia is a kind and very attentive person, she is a great and attentive person.

We had such a wonderful experience here, buying our first new car. Assad was amazing—answered all our questions patiently, and we had a lot of them, being newbies. He knows his cars, that's for sure. Another shout-out goes to Elsa, who took care of our young kids while they waited for hours (it takes a long time to buy a car!), entertaining them with movies and snacks. It couldn't possibly have been a better experience, and we're so glad to be part of the hendrick/honda family.
