I purchased 2 vehicles November 2023 for $28,000. Within 3 days of purchase the Ford Escape started blowing white smoke from the muffler so I took it back to Randy and he had his shop work on it and found it needed the top of the motor fixed with new head gaskets, he had the car over a month to repair as he would not give me a refund as vehicles were purchased in full. Both vehicles have been in the shop multiple times with engine noises that the shop has tried ti fix and cost me over $8,000! I’ve now take both the Ford to a Ford dealership and the Subaru to a Subaru dealership, their response? Both cars now have blown motors per dealerships although oil’s been changed and full but underlying issues cause the motors to fail. I would not recommend this car dealership to anyone!! Buy a vehicle from a honest dealership that doesn’t sell you a lemon !!

I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership last November and have both cars in the shop multiple times. I finally took them to a ford and Subaru dealership to get a proper vehicle mechanic look at each and they both need new motors. Mined you both vehicles have less then 100,000 miles on then and have received all maintenance required since I purchased them from Randy at Pit Stop (Lemon vehicle sales). I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone as the vehicles run for a few weeks then start having little issues that become big issues once the vehicle is looked at in full by a mechanic. In cost I paid $28,000 for the 2 cars and have spent $8,000 in repairs at multiple shops and now the dealerships have presented new motor costs on each of upwards of $12-14,000! Don’t buy here!!!

We bought a car from this place, although we were satisfied with the vehicle, the owner or sales representative is unprofessional and dishonest. After paying the car off and expecting to receive the title for the vehicle, we were avoided, and messages and calls not responded too in regards to the release of the title. I do not suggest anyone purchasing a car from this business. Because of their unprofessional and dishonest business practices.

While we were visiting the area on Christmas Vacation, we saw a Porsche Cayman Randy had on consignment. I asked him if Google would get us there okay, he said yes. It did get us close but we ended up in a housing tract just on the other side of a stream from his shop. After looping back around going through the private property signs for the race track, we got there. Randy was very helpful and gave us the back story on the car and its resent repairs and cleanup. The car was well priced and in good condition. The engine was a little ruff there were no check engine lights and it started right up with no smoke. I suspect it might need the mounts refreshed. All and all a very good experience. I did ask him if he knew if the car would meet the smog requirements for California because that is where I live, he said he did not know.

Working with Randy and Heather at Pitstop Auto Sales was an absolute delight during my purchase of a preowned Audi Q5. The car is in excellent shape, and the entire buying procedure was smooth and efficient. Having been involved in numerous car transactions before, I can confidently say this was the simplest and most pleasant experience I've ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone looking to buy a quality vehicle.

Randy is the reason used car salesmen have such a bad reputation. I was asking about a jeep, maybe a salvage, maybe not. I have three different pics of that jeep that Randy sent me, they are all different jeeps. It's bazaar. Bait and switch? Buyer beware!
