I visited this dealer to view a Kia K4 in person. I wanted to make sure I liked it before making the trip to the dealership that had the model in the color I wanted. Ayhan Subasi was my sales representative, and he was able to find me a K4 similar to the one at the further dealer and secured an acceptable price for me. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable about the features of the car, and very transparent. This was my first time purchasing a car and Ayhan made the process very smooth. I left the dealership with a higher opinion of Kia than when I entered at the end of my experience.

I have a brand new Kia Sportage.
I have a brand new Kia Sportage. It?s been in the shop four times for the same thing. It stalls,when starting and the engine light comes on and stay. I still have this problem intermittently.. I am submitting a lemon law form to the Kia manufacturer in Irvine, California.

Tony made my car buying experience wonderful. He found exactly what I wanted and was true to his word. The overall purchase was quick and easy. The finance department, Mark, made the paperwork easy to understand and was pleasant to work with. The one thing that could have been better was the awful loud music. It was hard to hear and speak over.

The dealership is impressive.
The dealership is impressive. However, I just moved here four months ago, so I purchased my Kia in Columbus, Ohio. I have put 30K miles on my Niro in 12 months! Ken Ganley has done routine oil changes three times. The service department is the best I have ever seen. The advisors are very knowledgeable and helpful.
