I would give Camillia 5star for her customer service - excellent to work with. Very professional & personable. The reason my overall rate is 4; their office feels/look run down (doesn’t feel welcom-ey when you walk in), the printed info was not very clear. I think they’re desperate for a new printer. Also, refreshments need an upgrade. Perhaps not K-cup machine. 🫣 Update 10/17/25 (from 4 star to 1): it’s only less than a week since we got the car. We always bring our car to our trusted auto shop to do a full inspection. Today, we found out there’s a major issues with the car. Either the previous owner hid the issues or Advantage Auto Direct did. We have to make this right. The cost of fixing the car is way more than the amount it was sold to us. We’re very disappointed right now, cuz we do like the car 😏…I will come back for an update soon. Update 10/30/25: Today we confirmed the white land rover is essentially totaled. Confirmed by 2 trusted auto shop. They’re both stated somebody put a temporary make up on the car to make it looked like its in order & running fine, in hopes that whomever takes over, it’s their problem to fix the major issues. Which in this case, is us. I literally only drove the car for 3 days. Then, it spent its whole life in the auto shop. I’m really, really sad about this. Bought it 10/12/25. They asked for review, did one a few days after. Brought it to auto shop on 10/10. My husband even went to the dealership (they essentially said it isn’t their responsibility anymore since we already drove it off their lot). Was towed to another auto shop for second inspection the following week. So today (10/30), confirmed it’ll cost us $30K+ to fix it. Loan is $12K. Expense for towing, inspection + misc fees is $10K+. We lost. They win! What can we do. I guess it’s part of business, right?

Honest American business! They have very fair prices and care about their clients. They attended to all our asks and went above and beyond to make our experience wonderful. There was an issue after the transaction but they fully resolved it to our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them.
