Beware of purchasing vehicle protection contract(s). I purchased a new Mercedies Benz from Mercedies Benz of Charlottesville Va. I also purchased the Multi Shield Service Contract and Road Hazard Tire Contract from Mercedies Benz of Charlottesville. After two denied claims, I requested a cancellation from both selling dealer and administrator of warranties (Total Warranty Service). I followed all stated responsibilities on my part as stated in policy. Even with policy stating cancellation at any time, I have been given a run around by both dealer and administrator and no refund. One tells me to contact the other; the other states contact the other. I have been waiting for months and still have not received a refund. My last communication with administrator was an automatic reply #322747 stating I am on a list. Dealer told me to wait 8-10 weeks for refund, after the wait, I was told by seller to contact administrator. All I want is my refund. ***** NEVER NEVER purchase a vehicle protection contract(s) from Mercedes-Benz of Charlottesville Va. Both seller and administrator of contract(s) will give you the run around if you want to cancel contract(s) like they have done to me.

Will work tirelessly to get you the car you want at the price you want. Also, Nick and Joey managers there have treated me with utmost courtesy and fairness. A great car buying/selling experience!

I’ve been going to Mercedes Charlottesville for 14 years,
I’ve been going to Mercedes Charlottesville for 14 years, both my wife’s and my car, ever since Flow had bought this dealership it’s been a Horror. Issues: 1- 6 weeks for service appointment 2- over charge on standard repair - time should’ve been.48 of an hour - charged 2 hours 3- parts - charge $346.00 Mercedes Manhattan (NYC)$235.00 4- part and repair $1186. Mercedes Richmond $756.00 This dealer has lost my trust and business after 14 years. It’s a shame

We recently leased an EQB and found both Joshua and Nick extremely helpful and professional in guiding us through the process, making sure we received exactly what we asked for in terms of vehicle and payments. Joshua made himself available 24/7 if needed in case we encountered any issues with our electric vehicle. We will definitely return for a third new Mercedes-Benz from this dealership when the time comes!
