James and the sales team at Fox Subaru were awesome! From the first inquiry to the final purchase, I could not have been more impressed. They even sent a porter to pick me up when I couldn’t juggle that. I will always buy my cars from James.

Scheduled an appointment for front brakes.

Scheduled an appointment for front brakes. A hour later NO WORK DONE!! I was emailed a list of over a $1000 OF OTHER WORK NEEDED( non essential recommendations) I am a SENIOR WOMAN who only wanted what I scheduled my appointment for FRONT BRAKES!! After I said no to the up sell I needed my car for appointments my 2 hour repair window was up. My brakes could have been done. I left with my CASH and had the work done else where not paying $199 a HOUR FOR SERVICE EITHER! the days are now over for me going to this dealership for anything other than WARRANTY WORK

They tell me I need service done on things that aren't

They tell me I need service done on things that aren't wrong. I have a lease that I've had for 2 years. I was fooled into getting 2 new tires, and told the cabin and air filters need replacing after 6,000 miles. I never had these issues with my last lease from Sellers. I will not be leasing from them again, even though I like my outback.

This place lies about everything don't take your car here

This place lies about everything don't take your car here they said I had a Bunch of things wrong with my car took it to Toyota dealer on 696 everything they told me was a lie unreal how full of xxxx there service center is they are out to just make money avoid this place at all cost will be calling the bbb on these snakes they are so full of xxxx it blow my mind don't take your car here ever unless you want to spend millions of dallors on Nothing dam snakes 😡😡😡😡

Sellers Subaru was great but it was sold to the new fox

Sellers Subaru was great but it was sold to the new fox Subaru changed a lot of things now being they used to give you a free loaner but now they charge you for one and now they charge you for using your credit card. This is just bad business.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience.

Very good, no pressure, honest experience. The salesman, Alex, listened to any concerns we had and acted on them. My only mixed reaction was the financing. As to the online financing, I filled it out but I don’t think the dealership looked at it and offered a local credit union financing. We wanted to put a large amount as a down payment by they advised us to get a bigger loan ; that banks wouldn’t bother with smaller loans. I question this, but didn’t know how to do this with online financing.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received. This is my 5th Outback and I would not want to drive any other type of vehicle. I am especially grateful to Mel (Melissa) Nowak for her exceptional kindness and professionalism at a time I most needed the help. My husband was in Hospice care at Beaumont Hospital Royal Oak and I needed service done on my vehicle. Mel arranged to have me dropped off and the vehicle delivered back to the hospital which allowed me to spend more time with David. She did this without me asking for any favors. She is a true asset to the Subaru Service Dept. and I consider her my friend.
