Nine hundred dollar doc fee.
Nine hundred dollar doc fee. Lied about inventory. I drove an hour to get there and they knew it. When I found an alternate vehicle I was interested in. Then they sprung the $900 doc fee. I told them I wanted a mechanic to check out the car, I was told the price would go up if I didn't buy today. These guys are the worst!

LESS THAN 1 STAR! Extremely Frustrated — Inexcusable Delays and Poor Business Practices I am beyond frustrated with the way this Hyundai dealership in Norman has handled our vehicle purchase. What should have been a straightforward transaction has turned into a 12-week ordeal due to serious negligence and a complete lack of professionalism. The dealership failed to secure financing at the time of sale — something we were not told until nine weeks later, when we were suddenly contacted and asked to come in and sign new financing paperwork. That alone was unacceptable, but here we are twelve weeks later, and we still do not have the title to the vehicle. This delay has left us in legal and financial limbo. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has provided clear answers or taken accountability for the situation. Communication has been vague, inconsistent, and at times completely nonexistent. This dealership’s handling of our purchase has been careless, disorganized, and frankly irresponsible. There is no excuse for this level of mismanagement. I would strongly urge others to think twice before doing business here.

Clearly you do not. We contacted management many times. Only to be told there is nothing you will do and sent us on our way. I would strongly urge anyone interested in buying a vehicle from you to read all the reviews and go elsewhere.

Brought our car in for service and had a terrible
Brought our car in for service and had a terrible experience. It took seven weeks before work was completed. During that time the only communication came from my end. If I hadn’t called and actually stopped by to complain I think they’d still have it. We will never return. Period.
