We worked with Kyle and Frank and as a team they did wonders. They found us the car we wanted. Even thou the car we wanted was not on their lot, Kyle search all of Wisconsin and even down into Chicago. They did not give up until we were happy. We have purchase many vehicles over our life and this experience was one of the best. Thank you Kyle and Frank. We will come to your dealership when it is time for our next vehicle.

Everyone was helpful and friendly.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. From the Service Advisor to the Technician to the Cashier. I was kept informed and the repairs were done accurately and very quickly! My car has never shifted so well that I can remember. The ride into town (from Jeff?) was much appreciated.

I took my Explorer in for "The Works" - oil change, brake
I took my Explorer in for "The Works" - oil change, brake inspection, etc. They got it all done very quickly and now I am set for the season. Nice job guys! I bought my vehicle before the dealership became Patriot Ford.

We called last minute to get an oil change and tire
We called last minute to get an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to fit us in the same day. They were prompt, friendly and the oil change and rotation with completed in a timely manner.

Don’t waste your time at this dealership!
Don’t waste your time at this dealership! My experience went from bad to horrible. Started with a damaged trim piece when we were coming to most likely purchase the vehicle. Then I found numerous scratches on the new car. Not much was done about this. I had issues getting my credit to run because I had a fraud alert on my file and yes that is my bad but I got it resolved and right before it was fixed the finance guy left. I was then “renting” a car rather than getting what I was trading back. No one can do paperwork I guess so I had to wait all weekend to go back and sign. Do that and you get pressured into crap you don’t need. I was going to get the paint protection but changed my mind this is where it goes really bad. I called for 2 weeks trying to find the refund and no one seemed to know anything about it or me canceling it. Communication is awful at this dealership! And then when I finally got them to realize I am owed the refund the office manager wouldn’t help me get it how I wanted it. She was the rudest professional I’ve ever dealt with and she hung up on me. She also wouldn’t answer the phone when I called as well as told the other receptionist to not answer the phone. I am still owed the taxes on the package I canceled and you got it, still chasing for that! I wouldn’t tell anyone to go here, not even for a test drive.
