Samantha was just the best to work with on the deal for our new K4. Been with Kia since 2019 and this is our third Kia. The brand has never disappointed us and being from the East Coast I was concerned about finding an honest and reputable dealership in SoCal as the dealership that handled my last two deals were just awesome and I trusted them to be fair. Many, many dealerships in SoCal have the worst reviews and have horrible reputations so I was very concerned about finding a dealership that wouldn’t be scammy and dishonest. Mission Viejo Kia was the one I found through research to be consistently great with honesty and fair deals and fair pricing on trades as well. The Manager and the Finance Manager were equally as great. But Samantha our Client Sales Representative was the absolute best! She was kind, patient and spent a great deal of time to ensure we were satisfied during the entire process. We value our experience with this dealership. Although the dealership is almost 70 miles from home, I will not visit any other Kia dealerships in the area for our service needs or anything we may need.

Samantha (Sam) was very knowledgeable and down to earth. Made the process fun and not as stressful. She has offered to help learn the technology too. I love my car!

Very nice… As bad as Kia Cerritos was, Mission Viejo was totally great. They value the customer when Cerritos treated you as a bother to them. Cerritos said leave your car for a few days with no loaner and sign for a possible $300 charge and why don’t you do other maintenance…Mission Viejo said we will check the warranty issue for free and if we need to order the part you can come back at your convenience to replace it at no charge. I will drive the extra hour to use Mission Viejo again!

Everybody at the Kia dealership was fantastic. We called to check if the car we wanted in the color we wanted was available and Daniel answered all of our questions. When we met him at the dealership he made the entire sales process so easy. The gentleman is Washington B. was also very helpful and informative. I highly recommend Kia of Mission Viejo!!
