The service department never finishes services in the estimates given and once they gave me a loaner vehicle with a nail in the tire and then tried to charge me for a replacement tire.

From the start of the engagement, Amaechi was professional, patient, authentically helpful and kind which made this process run smoothly and comfortable. Amaechi went above and beyond being an honest sales person/advisor to assist with this transaction and look forward to continuing our partnership for my next porsche purchases. Advisor greeted me with a big smile and the checkin process was easy. I booked a loaner so my attentive advisor Chris Lara even invited me to the lounge for a nice breakfast with croissant and latte. Perfect to start my day!

The people are nice enough, however at every stage of this process I have had to reach out and press for information rather than having it proactively sent to me. First, having the Stargard unit removed from the car was a disconcerting effort, as I kept getting conflicting answers and was only able to find the truth by doing my own research. Once again, I am waiting for communication from the dealer as to when the car will be ready. Not the best experience.
