Really overpriced service dept. oil change, cabin and engine filter with tire rotation almost $350? They then don’t honor coupons they send to your home indicating that there are certain restrictions and you have to spend a certain amount to get the discount. Better off going to a mom and pop mechanic or doing these things yourself.

Serviced my Buick Enclave. Total pros. Very precise on diagnosis and very smart dealing with warranty company on getting approvals. When parts and work were unavoidably delayed the communication was upfront and unfailingly friendly. It's a trip from Park Slope but for dealer service, absolutely my first choice if I need it again.

My Chevy had a problem and I couldn't get an appointment for months they recommended I call Staten Island Buick. They got me within a week. I waited for my car and they were quick getting me in and out. Waiting area was nice dealership was clean and everyone was very nice. They ordered a apart I need. Called me when part came in and again got me in and out (while I waited). I believe in servicing my car at the dealership I purchased it at. Unfortunately the dealer no longer handles Chevy. So I accidentally fell into this dealership. I will continue to bring my car for service here since my experiences were awesome. Thank you !

I live in NJ and saw Staten Island Buick GMC had a Buick for sale that I had to have. Donna in sales was amazing working with me to fully understand what I wanted. John was a huge help in making sure I fully understood my finances and services offerings. When I got there to pick up the car everything was ready and waiting for me. I was in and out within a hour where most car dealerships keep you there all day. Donna and John really made this purchase a great one.

I live in Long Island on my way to PA and my 2018 GMC...
I live in Long Island on my way to PA and my 2018 GMC Sierra broke down right after Verrazano Bridge. I drove to Staten Island GMC where I was greeted by Steve in Service Department. I told him what was going on and he saw how stressed out I was on a Friday afternoon with my wife and daughter in the car and was able to get me a loner. The compassion that I received in a time of crises was amazing. I followed up on Tuesday and he got back to me that afternoon to explain that the Push Rod bent and needed to be replaced. It was covered under warranty Thank God and that he would call me when the truck was repaired. I received a call on Thursday that the repair was completed to pick up the truck. I came in on Saturday Morning to pick up and I cant remember the name of the young gentleman that helped me but all I have to say is that your customer service was on point. Thank you for all the help. Superb Experience. I highly recommend SI GMC
