Once again the Bill Bryan team hit a homer! Service Advisor Will Sharman fully explained the services to be performed and the estimated time it would take to complete the service. I enjoyed a cold drink while I read my book as I waited for service to be completed. It’s quite obvious everyone on the Bryan team has an eye on excellent customer service. The Salesperson, in the cubicle across from me, spent the entire time I was waiting making Anniversary, Birthday and Thank You calls to his customers. I’ll bet he consistently tops the sales team. My vehicle was ready when promised and delivered cleaner than when I arrived. A job well done!
