I came to Bill Bryan KIA from Saint Petersburg to purchase a Jeep Wrangler that they had in used inventory. Honestly I was not too happy about driving over 100miles to go to just another car dealership, but was absolutely blown away with the pristine condition of the dealership and knowledge of the staff. All of the staff members that I came across were very polite and there was absolutely no pressure to close a sale. Dustin is very knowledgeable of the industry and provided near exact estimates for financing before the banks even got involved, even for my Jeep which is rather unique for a Kia dealer to handle. Not a single feature, specification, or capability of the vehicle was left out of our discussion and I didn't walk away with a single unanswered question. Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely return when it's time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle.

While I didn't have direct interaction with the service department, it must be said that this vehicle was shiny and spotless, looked like a new car... which isn't always the easiest thing to achieve with a Wrangler ;) Very happy with the entire experience and will definitely return when it's time for my wife to purchase a new vehicle.

Tim Liles is a awesome salesperson. This the third vehicle I have purchase from him and I will not go anywhere else. Tom takes his time to explain everything and knows his business.. I will be back.

I had a great experience working with Tim AGAIN! He responds quickly to emails and texts. He provided information I requested and was helpful in finding the car I wanted and getting it to Bill Bryan from another Florida dealership. He sent photos when the car arrived and worked in Mach speed or should I say GT 1 speed when I arrived 2 hours early to pick up the car. I was just a little excited. Tim will always have my car business.

Purchased 2014 Kia Soul & are satisfied with the auto. Past 2months we have been bothered by at least 10 phone solicitations I have asked to be taken off the call list to no avail. I love my Soul but would never buy or recommend to any one an auto from this dealer.
