Such an awful experience dealing with this dealer.

Such an awful experience dealing with this dealer. Nearly a month ago put a refundable $1000 deposit on a car I decided not to purchase. Non stop "will get it paid can let you know," but no actual refund. Can't get anyone in management to call me back. So thankful I did not buy from this joke of a company. Guess I have to dispute with credit card company.

Lenny was helpful, attentive, and dedicated to a a smooth and memorable customer experience. She thoughtfully sought out the best deal for my purchase and went out of her way to ensure not only that I got the best rates, but that my stay through the process was as seamless as possible. Not many salespeople can provide excellency while being comprehensive and not overtly pushy. Another excellent agent providing excellent service to a 4th time Mazda owner.

Don't walk away from this dealership. RUN AWAY! Shopping here is like time travels to the 70's when lying and cheating was the norm. Manager Ozz doesn't mind being sleazy at all.

La persona encargada de servicio al cliente, el señor

La persona encargada de servicio al cliente, el señor Franklin Arrufat y sus compañeros son excelentes en su trabajo, atender bien a las personas, su amabilidad y compromiso son de destacar, el problema empieza en los tiempos de entrega, considero que no es su responsabilidad sino al parecer del taller, cambios de aceite de 4 a 6 horas. Cambio compresor aire 8 días. Revisión por inundación y lavado de alfombrilla interior (teniendo en cuenta que el diagnóstico y la falla fue encontrada al tercer día. Y consistía en cambio de bujías y de aceite únicamente) 30 días y contando, todos los días dicen que van a mirar con el taller pero parece que los vehículos que entran por aseguradora no son una prioridad. En este punto ya las conversaciones que siempre habían sido amables con servicio al cliente se tornan incómodos porque es una falta de respeto que en el Diler de la propia marca no recibas la atención apropiada.
