Just went into Old Orchard Nissan last week for some work my Rogue needed. I had a really good experience. Bindi took great care of me. Great pricing and service.

Would not commit to any numbers when it was mentioned several times that I was not local and would have to drive several hours to arrive at the location. Clearly they were hoping I would show up so they wouldn’t have to disclose several added on fees and hope they could use high pressure sales tactics to get me to purchase the vehicle.

We came to Old Orchard Nissan after a disappointing experience at another dealer, and what a difference! Our salesperson, spent three hours with us but never pressured us, even when we changed our minds about the trim level twice. The finance process was surprisingly smooth, though the paperwork did take longer than expected due to their detailed verification process. What really stood out was how the general manager personally came to ensure we were completely satisfied before we drove off in our new Altima.
