Franks the best advisor. Always professional, courteous and transparent with charges. Car was left unlocked and gas cover open on lot after service department closed. I discovered when I arrived to sales to pick up keys .

Thank you for your wonderful compliments for the professional and courteous assistance delivered by Frank. From our parking lot video we believe the valet apparently did not press the lock button on the remote sufficiently to engage the lock. The fuel door may have popped open in the car wash. Please our sincere apologies for our oversight.
