Service was fine, but how my car was treated was disappointing. I washed my car the day before I took it in for service. When it was returned I realized there was some sticky substance on the windshield, hood and front bumper. I washed it 2x since then. Heather called and emailed me to address but still have spoken to her to resolve. $90k car and this is how it was handled…
