I will not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Was told by phone that they needed 500 dollars down to close the deal. Made an appointment for the next morning to sign the paperwork. When we arrived we were told it was now 1200 dollars to our surprise. We live in another city so we had to return home get the additional 700 dollars and return.to sign the papers. 2 months went by and the exhaust started to leak. I returned to the dealer to be told that it wasn't under warranty. The service writer returned and said it would cost over 1000 dollars to replace all needed parts. We didn't have that kind of money. He gave me a second verbal est. Of 366 dollars to replace the broken bolt and exhaust gasket. That was an extremely high cost for what had to be done. We had no choice but to tell them to proceed. Upon arriving to pay the bill we were give a different amount of 577.62 dollars. That now included shop supplies and 165 dollars to tell it was their diagnostic fee to tell us what was wrong. The bolt was broke on the exhaust pipe.

My car broke down on the side of the interstate almost 6 hours from home, and what started as a stressful, overwhelming day turned into a powerful reminder that kindness and integrity still exist — thanks to the incredible team at Marianna GMC and Chevy. From the moment I walked in, feeling defeated and stuck, LeeAnn in the service department went above and beyond. Not only did she keep in touch throughout the entire process, she even offered to bring my mother and me to a hotel after her shift — knowing Enterprise was closed and Uber wasn’t available in the area. That kind of personal care is rare. Lane, the technician, stepped away from what he was doing to inspect my vehicle right away, so I wouldn't be left in limbo. Once my new transmission arrived, he completed the repair in less than two days and even offered to take care of an oil change I needed. Michael, the General Sales Manager, wasn’t content with just knowing we had a place to stay — he went out of his way to ensure I wasn’t stranded and helped get me into a vehicle that would get us home safely. That level of leadership and compassion is truly extraordinary. Joshua also made sure everything was smooth with the paperwork and even double-checked the loaner vehicle when I thought I had misplaced my license. A lot of dealerships only go out of their way if they think a sale is guaranteed — that was not the case here. This team didn’t hesitate to help me just because I was a person in need. Their support came from a place of genuine care, not a sales quota. What could’ve been a nightmare was made bearable — even redemptive — because of the way this team took care of us. I will never forget the empathy, professionalism, and effort shown by everyone involved. If you want to be treated like a person, not a number, this is the place to go.
