Anthony was rude and condescending, I’d been waiting and

Anthony was rude and condescending, I’d been waiting and when he finally got around to waiting on me I tried to tell him what the truck was in for, he shut me down told me “I’m not interested in what happened before today.” He then proceeded to condescend, when I told him not to talk to me that way he told me I could wait for someone else. Anthony then proceeded to ask me why my vehicle was there. I told him you weren’t interested when I was trying to tell you. My truck was in last week and they told me it had been repaired, went in to look and it wasn’t fixed. Had to bring the truck in again to get it fixed and on their time table. I’m without my truck and bringing it in again at their convenience and get hit with an attitude.

Yes!

Yes! The team was amazing from start to finish. Mike was very informative when giving information about the car I choose and overall just really kind and patient. Jose was also very helpful and patient with me and reassured me that whatever I needed don't hesitate to call. Charlene was amazing in finance explained everything very well to me and quickly! Which I absolutely loved. My previous car buying experiences was nothing like this. Mike and Jose listened to what I wanted and needed and provided me with everything I need which was the main reason I came back to do business at Classic!
