Knew I was coming home with a car

Once my husband and I decided to “just browse” over at John l Sullivan I knew we weren’t leaving without something awesome. They didn’t take excessively long to complete the purchase either!! This is my 3rd purchase from them. Very satisfied

I would rcommend this service center with reservations

My daughter dropped off her new vehicle for an on site interior/exterior surface protection application service. The vehicle did not need to be taken off the lot for any reason. A photo of the current mileage was taken at the time of the appointment and upon completion it was discovered that 20 miles was placed on her vehicle. Upon further investigation it was also discovered the responsible person had inadvertently left their dental appointment card in our vehicle. Taking a customer vehicle off the lot for personal use is careless and unacceptable! This incident was reported to Penny in the service dept. She was awesome and assured me that matter would be addressed appropriately.

First brand new truck

this is my second vehicle I have purchased at John L Sullivan my first one was a like new Impala and my second one brand new Chevy Silverado they gave me such a good deal I was able to go with the V8 and didn't have to get a smaller engine

Steve White always treats us like royalty.

We were looking at an expensive service. It's hard for most people. But Steve White treated us with empathy and kindness. The service was performed completely in that day. We are very satisfied. The young woman at the check out service is a very fine employee too.

Great Customer Service

Roberto really listened to what we wanted, and then he did his best to find it for us. He had to search outside the dealership for the specific car we wanted, and he took the time to do that instead of trying to talk us into something they had on hand.

Great Service from Daud,Emma and Danny! Made the process easy and we love our new car! Never felt pressured and everyone explained everything . Love the personalized touch from Emma. She comes out to the car with you and explains how to use all the cool new features!

Purchase of new 2018 Chevy Traverse

We came in to purchase a new 2018 Chevy Traverse and met with LaPrincess. She was so Awesome and very helpful and very professional and made sure we got the right car for us. She even drove out of state to Nevada to get a 2018 Chevy Traverse premeir and brought it to us to test drive. We purchase this vehicle and are very happy. Thank you LaPrincess!!!! VERY UPSET

Bought a 38 thousand dollar car and the ac didn't work well in October. Now I'm being told they had checked it and cant or wont fix it. I had originally said something at day of purchase and was told it would be fixed. Also cilajet up sale was garbage. Dont waste your money.
